I recently bought (2) sets of junior golf clubs for my nephews. Although I was satisfied with the quality of the junior golf clubs, I was not, however, as satisfied with the customer service I received from the seller. After I received the purchase, I simply had inquired about the cost of the shipping fees, which to my surprise, amounted to nearly half the equivalent of the cost of (1) golf set (an astronomical $30.00+ in shipping costs). But more disturbing, was the tone and the response I received via e-mail from the merchant. Instead of taking the expected approach in explaining the “breakdown” of their seemingly high shipping costs (which I would have gladly reviewed and accepted), they, alternatively, opted to bluntly state that their shipping costs are, in short, “reasonable”, without any further explanation provided for a consumer exercising his/her rights in questioning an invoice. Quite inconsiderate, to say the least!

Golf clubs were received on time before Christmas, even though I ordered them a little late. I was a little apprehensive about the quality, because they were such a great price, but when I received them I was extremely happy with the quality of the clubs. They were all still in their sealed wrappers and brand new. I would definitely shop with this company again.

when i was searching for a golf set i finally decided on this one because of all the great products. the extra driver and the stand were good selling points. My nephew wants to golf every day now and he cant wait to start golf lessons… thank you so much for everything!

The young gun golf set for perfect for my granddaughter. She took lessons right after receiving the clubs for her birthday. My only complaint is the putter seems to be a little too long for the other club were find.
